It was Feb 13th 2012, approx 9 pm, when my friend, Indri, text me. She was asking my permission to upload my picts on her tumblr. I did not have any idea what she was going to do and say, but then I say "it's okay, tapi pilih foto-foto gue yang bagus yaa.. dan juga as long as lo nggak ngisengin gue in your tumblog, otherwise I will kill you!" She was laughing and told me that is impossible and that she's not a kind of that people. hahahaha She was right. I am the one yang selalu ngisengin orang :p An hour later, she DM-ed my twitter and sent me her blog's link. I literally cried when I read her blog. She posted a beautiful post dedicated for me. That was just kinda sweet. At that time, I was hoping she was a boy so that we might in a relationship right now. *vomit* hahahahaha :D Read hers here : Indri's
I'd like to say this to her :
My dearest friend, Indri Hastari, I'd like to say thank you very much for everything. Thanks for your endless help, support and times during our college times. No matter how hard the situation each of us was facing for, we kept supporting each other. I love you, my friend. Kata "makasih" nggak akan cukup buat menggambarkan rasa makasih gue to have you as my friend. You keep pushing me when I was down. You made me believe on my own ability. That I have the ability so I only need my self confidence to make everything work as it planned. There are times when we've had misunderstanding, but we keep on going and supporting each other no matter what happen.
You even always listened my stories patiently *hugging indri tightly*
We are now finally graduated from college. We will have our own journey, soon. I cried so hard when I read your tumblog, cause it feels like you'd like going to say "goodbye friend, our friendship is over now. We are one step ahead to graduated from college, now is the time for us to end our friendship." That's not true, right? As what I tweeted before, graduated from college is doesn't mean our friendship would be over too. We're friend, no matter what happen. Rite? :')
Indri dan gue selalu bilang ke satu sama lain "teman seperjuangan". Why? We somehow selalu terlibat di hampir semua college matters bareng-bareng. Starting from satu tim jessup, research buat dosen, magang dan hal-hal lainnya. We spent either in good or hard times together, and she keeps beside me. I feel grateful to have her as my friend. To have a friend like her who has the same mission, ambition, and the way we see our life. This is one of many reasons why we are a good friend until now. Both of us are ambitious, we are career-oriented or future-oriented, that's why kita ngeliat our own reflection pada diri masing-masing. :))
